Cord |

Cord for Swish, Silent
Gliss, Integra and Copes curtain tracks.
Please note that the Copes Smartrack and the Integra
Premier corded curtain tracks are identical other than
they are sold under different brand names.
The Swish
cord on this site should be suitable for all Swish curtain tracks. Cord for the Kirsch curtain tracks
is no longer available in this country, however you can use the cord for the Integra curtain
tracks which is slightly thinner, you may find it helpful to print the pictures of
these cords to help identify the one you need unless you
can identify the track.
Included on this page is the Gold
Coloured curtain cord from Integra and Black cord for Silent Gliss Metropoles. |
|
How much cord do I need ? |
|
We are often asked this question, the answer is simple.
Double the length of the track and double the length of
the cord drops.
So
If you have a 3m track corded from one side only with a
1.5m drop then
(2x3m) + (2x1.5m) = 9m and give yourself a m spare just
in case so buy 10m
If you have a 3m track corded from both sides with a 1.5m drop then
(2x3m) + (2x1.5m) + (2x1.5m) = 12m and give yourself a
metre spare just in case so buy 13m
and so on. |

We would always
recommend re-cording your track completely with new cord
so that it is fully functioning and also visually
pleasing. However for certain circumstances a cord
joiner can be a useful device for joining either a
broken cord or perhaps in the case of blinds taking the
smaller drawing cords and joining them to a larger cord
for the pull. |

Blind Cord Connectors |
|
These are generally used to connect several cords of a
blind to a single cord which is more manageable to operate. There are matching
cord pulls for this range. |
